Shipping policy

Once we receive your order, we begin processing it immediately.

Lead times vary with our production cycle. Average lead time is 45 to 60 days.
When your Panel ships, we will email you the shipping date, delivery window, and a tracking number so you can follow the delivery.

On the day of delivery, we will contact you to confirm you will be home and provide a two hour window. You will also receive a call approximately thirty minutes before arrival.

your panel will be packed in a sturdy timber base to ensure safety. The driver will bring the crate onto your property, typically into your driveway. If access allows, it will be placed in a spot that suits you. If access is restricted, it will be left safely in your driveway or at the curb while you are present, so it is not left anywhere you do not want.
